Slow Yoga Find balance by concentrating on your own needs. Practice without stress - that is the motto of this course. It's not about getting ahead as quickly as possible and achieving the highest goals in the shortest possible time, but rather consciously performing each asana and understanding its meaning. Continuous practice increases your range of motion and physical strength can gradually be built up. This requires patience and discipline and so you will learn to be mindful of your own body, mind and soul. Treat yourself to this course and you will soon notice positive changes and enjoy them too! Advantages for you at a glance: strength, endurance, relaxed and conscious posture, loosening and stretching of the fascia, stress reduction and much more!

Hormone Yoga Bring the hormonal fluctuations into balance In this course you can learn to be mindful of yourself and to listen to yourself. With the help of certain postures, breathing techniques and meditation, you can help yourself in any situation of hormonal instability. A conscious lifestyle is introduced and continued in the course so that many problems caused by hormones cannot appear. Advantages for you at a glance: Relief of tension in the back and stomach area as a result of specific female complaints, prevention and lightening of depression during menopause, increasing the ability to love, accelerating the healing process in the event of illness and much more!

Friday, 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Vinyasa Yoga Promote and challenge your mental and physical focus. Vinyasa is a posture sequence that synchronizes breathing and movement. The yoga asanas interlock fluently. Movement and breath are mutually dependent. In the course you will learn the asanas step by step and be able to combine them with your breathing. Then you will learn that Vinyasa Yoga can give you even strength and balance. It's like meditation in motion, without judging anything or anyone and without judging yourself. The feeling comes to the fore. There is no positive or negative, there is only the whole - yourself! Benefits for you at a glance: Strengthening the muscles, gaining balance and body awareness, mobilizing the spine and joints, loosening the fascia, reducing stress and lots of fun!
